Chartered bus requirement list

Our company has introduced the GPS Positioning System in the bus to control the trip safety and quality universally. The chartered bus service includes the meal allowance, accommodation costs, fuel expenses and insurance of Jibaiseki of Japanese, additional voluntary insurance provided by Windy Bus so the tourists don’t need to afford additional costs while being served under very good safety and security.

Booking process

    Fill in the request form. The principal fills out the form and sends it. After that, an email reply or further contact information will be sent within 2 working days by a specially-assigned person.

    Schedule confirmation and quotation. After further confirmation of requirements and travel schedule, a quotation will be made for you.

    Confirmation and payment of the deposit. Please confirm the quotation and pay 30% deposit, our company will reserve the service personnel and vehicles for you during the tour.

    Discussion of the itinerary details. If the itinerary or service content of the tour is changed, the price will be re-quoted.

    Payment of the balance. Please pay the balance 10 working days before departure. We will keep in touch with you until we pick up the passengers.

    Cancellation instructions: 90% of the total price could be refunded 30 days before departure, 80% for 20 days, 70% for 10 days and 30% for 3 days; There is no refund for car cancellations on the same day of departure.

Other Notes

  • Time

    Daily use of the bus is capped at 12 hours (In principle, the tour must end before 20:00). Overtime bus usage fee (10,000 YEN per hour).In addition, when leaving the next day, the same driver must rest for 9 hours.

  • Distance

    A maximum of 400km(km) is covered daily, and two drivers must take turns to drive more than that. Windy bus service areas are regulated by law, please check the service area information for your reference.

  • Across the night

    When travelling from night to morning (PM 22:00~ AM 5:00), two drivers must take turns to drive.
